Sandawana Emerald and Diamond Halo Stud Earrings

Perfectly natural and very rare Sandawana Emerald rounds. No treatment and cut in house from the rough. 
 
The Sandawana emerald mine in Southern Zimbabwe was and still is considered to have produced the best small emeralds in the word. Their incredibly bright and rich green hue have made them world renowned. The famous mine is now closed and hasn't produced significant gem material in over twenty years. These two stones were acquired in the rough from a old collection in Southern Africa. The stones were reportedly bought in the 1970's from the mine and kept in storage until sold on to me, they were then cut in house to produce this incredible pair or gems.  This is a real treat for any rare emerald lover, elegant earrings for life. Set in 18K white gold diamond studs.
